Letters and statements are a crucial component of revenue collection. They are a cost-effective means of keeping your debt in front of the debtor even when workloads are high. There are countless types of printed material going to debtors and many road-tested theories of how to use correspondence for optimum results. A law or ordinance may require the use of specific language or you may choose to utilize certain phrases on the recommendation of another agency.
