As we continue to grow our Association for the benefit of the members and the general populace, we will continue to strive to create the types of partners that will help build a strong foundation for this Association and this industry.
As stated in the overview,
“Partners can consist of other associations, organizations, or persons we have an affiliation that by having the association, it brings value to the association.”
With this in mind, we have initially formed partnerships with the following associations. We will pursue partnerships with associations that fit the framework of our goals of the Association and the desires of our membership.
COURTS TODAY is a publication designed specifically for municipal, county, state and federal court management professionals, presenting, promoting and detailing the latest developments in the court system. It serves as an informational and technological “clearinghouse” to provide court professionals with the information required to make informed decisions. COURTS TODAY:
- Provides the news and features professionals need
- Profiles leaders and innovators in the court system
- Showcases information/products readers need and want
- Highlights case studies of successful projects/solutions
- Analyzes technological trends and developments
- Presents, in an understandable way, vital technological information.
Ontario Municipal Tax and Revenue Association
The Ontario Municipal Tax and Revenue Association (OMTRA formerly the Association of Municipal Tax Collectors of Ontario AMTCO) was established in 1967 with a view to bring together persons in the municipal tax and revenue field for the purpose of educating, sharing information, promoting standards of ethics and efficiency, and working with other groups and levels of government in improving standards and practices in the industry.
National Center for State Courts
The mission of NCSC is to improve the administration of justice through leadership and service to state courts, and courts around the world.
Through original research, consulting services, publications, and national educational programs, NCSC offers solutions that enhance court operations with the latest technology; collects and interprets the latest data on court operations nationwide; and provides information on proven “best practices” for improving court operations. NCSC is an independent, nonprofit organization in accordance with Section 501(c)(3).
NCSC disseminates information to state court leaders on key national policy issues, and helps advocate their policies with Congress as well as supporting several prestigious national organization.
The Treasurers’ Association of Virginia is a professional organization comprised of local treasurers and deputy treasurers from Virginia’s counties, cities and towns.The organization works to enhance professionalism and fiscal leadership among Treasurers and their staff through education, networking, and performance standards.
